How to Make It Yourself: Natural Detoxifiers
Things You'll Need
- 1 cup hot purified water
- 1 lemon
- 1-2 tsp. sugar
- Mug
- 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp. honey
- Purified water (to taste)
- Drinking glass
- 6 fl. ounces purified water
- 2 fl. ounces pure Acai juice
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 4 fresh strawberries
- Blender

Lemon Juice Detox

Cut a lemon in half and squeeze both halves into a mug of purified hot water. Lemon may help your liver flush out unwanted toxins, while hot water benefits digestion.

Add sugar to take the edge off the sharpness of the lemon. Skip this step, if you can tolerate the mixture without sweetening.

Substitute the drink for your morning tea or coffee, preferably daily on a continuous basis. Drink plenty of water throughout the day for maximum effect.
Honey and Vinegar Detox

Mix the apple cider vinegar and honey together in a drinking glass. Fans of this tonic believe it has antibiotic, antibacterial and fat-burning properties.

Dilute to taste with chilled, purified water.

Drink the mixture twice daily, before meals, for up to two weeks. Drink plenty of water throughout the day for maximum effect.
Berry Detox
