1
Plan out your snacks ahead of time. Separate sugary snacks into single servings and seal them in plastic snack bags. Label the bags with the day and time of day you plan to eat them, such as "Tuesday Afternoon Snack." This will help deter you from sneaking in extra bags.

2
Try alternative ingredients to make your sweets with less sugar, eggs or oil. For example, if you bake a cake, substitute oil with unsweetened, nonchunky applesauce. Replace sugar with sucralose and replace eggs with an egg substitute.
-
3
Bake healthier desserts using recipes from dieticians, chefs or cookbooks. For example, Billy Germanakos from "The Biggest Loser" has a brownie recipe that includes nonfat yogurt, oatmeal, artificial sweetener and egg whites.

Go for a healthy but still sweet snack. Fruit, for example, is naturally sweet and can satisfy a sweet tooth. If you're craving chocolate, dip strawberries in a bit of melted chocolate or chocolate syrup, which will give you the chocolate you desire, but in moderation. Sugar-free pudding and gelatin may also fill your sweet tooth.

5
Chew sugar-free gum or suck on sugar-free candy. Keep these things with you at all times to help prevent you from sneaking in extra snacks, such as bag of chips from the vending machine or a handful of cookies from the break room.
