How to Cook Meals for the Week

Go to your local market and pick at least three different types of meat to cook. Choose just as many vegetables; the more you pick, the more variety you have for meal creation. Select items you like.

Purchase containers with lids (either plastic or glass) to hold your meals. Purchase a container for each meal you plan to cook for the coming week. If you are preparing three meals per day, purchase at least 21 containers.

Wash and chop the vegetables you purchased. Divide them into meal-sized portions.

Cook your meats and vegetables and place meal-sized portions inside the containers. You can prepare the meat and vegetables separately or mix them together in different combinations to incorporate variety.

Seal the containers and place them in your refrigerator. Take one out when you are ready to eat.
