Adults should get at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity aerobic activity each week. Children and adolescents should get at least 60 minutes of physical activity each day.
3. Get enough sleep. Sleep is essential for your body to repair and regenerate itself. Most adults need around 7-8 hours of sleep each night. Children and adolescents need even more sleep.
4. Manage stress. Stress can have negative effects on your physical and mental health. Find healthy ways to manage stress, such as exercise, yoga, or meditation.
