Fluids

- Pedialyte, Gatorade, or other electrolyte drinks

Soft Foods

- Applesauce

- Mashed potatoes

- Bananas

- Pudding

- Toast

- Crackers

- Oatmeal

Avoid Foods That are:

- High in fat

- High in sugar

- Too spicy

- Too chewy

- Too hard

Talk to your doctor if your child's fever is over 104 degrees Fahrenheit and/or symptoms persist despite following this plan.
