- Large bowl
- 2kg ground meat
- 1 tsp. dry mustard powder
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tsp. salt
- Spoon
- 1 tsp. dried sage
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup milk
- Egg
- 1 cup low-fat bread crumbs
- Loaf pan

Put all your ingredients and utensils you will use on the kitchen table. This will help you to avoid forgetting any ingredients. Make sure that the kitchen table is clean to avoid bacteria.

Put the meat in a large bowl. Knead the meat before adding the rest of the ingredients because this will make the meat loaf rise faster.

Add and mix the dry mustard powder, black pepper and salt in the bowl. You should mix them well until they become a uniform mixture. Use the spoon if it is difficult to do it with your hands.

Add into the mixture dried sage, dried thyme, chopped onion and cloves garlic. The onion and the garlic must be chopped into small pieces.

Add the milk while you continue to mix the meatloaf mixture. Then add the egg and 1 cup low-fat bread crumbs. Continue mixing for another five minutes.

Put the mixture in the loaf pan. Form the mixture into any shape you want, but usually meat loaf is log-shaped.

Put the loaf pan into the oven and bake the meat loaf for one hour at 150 degrees Celsius.
