  Snip the stems from five large silk flowers, making sure to leave only the blossoms. Such silk flower types can include roses, sunflowers, lilacs, lilies and virtually any type of flora you desire.

  Apply a spot of hot glue to the back of each floral blossom. Attach the blossoms to the outer frame of the wooden creche. Place them anywhere that looks attractive to you.
