If you prefer water, add a tablespoon of lemon juice to ease the taste of the pepper. If it is too hot, adjust the amount of pepper to quarter of a teaspoon per eight ounces of fluids.

Sprinkle half a teaspoon of cayenne onto your food. This will alter the taste of your food. Add the pepper in a small portion of your meal so you can enjoy the regular flavor of the meal after the cayenne adjustment. Cayenne helps with the elimination of waste so remain hydrated and drink the recommended eight glasses of water.
