How to Detox With Strawberries, Grapes and Kiwi
Detoxifying is a term used for cleansing your system of unhealthy toxins and chemicals. Detoxing can be done regularly to maintain a healthy body or as a prelude to a new weight-loss plan. So, depending on what your goals are, your exact detox menu will vary. One constant though will be the use of fruit, specifically grapes, strawberries and kiwis. Using these fruits in different ways can increase the efficiency of whatever specific detox program you use.Things You'll Need
- 10 kiwis
- 1 lemon
- Sharp knife
- Jars
- Honey
- 12 oz. green grapes
- 12 oz. red grapes
- 10 oz. black grapes
- 6 strawberries
- 1 apple
- 1 orange
- Blender
- Bowl

Peel the 10 kiwis and cut them into thin slices with a sharp knife. Peel the lemon and cut two slices and stack the lemon and kiwi slices inside a jar.

Pour 12 oz. of honey or enough to completely cover the fruit slices and seal the jar. Let it sit for three weeks, shaking the jar on the third day. Take one cup of the mixture as part of your daily detox.

Peel the grapes and cut two slices of lemon. Place them in a jar and cover them completely with honey. Seal the jar and set it aside for three weeks. Shake the mixture on the third day. Take one cup as part of your detox.

Hull six strawberries, core and peel an apple and cut and peel half an orange. Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until they are combined and smooth. This makes about one cup as part of your detox.
