Drink orange juice. Freshly squeezed orange juice is best because it's natural. If you are using a juicer, make enough for two liters and mix it with some water. It's important to continue to drink water when you are coming off of a fast, so that your body doesn't have a hard time processing the new intake. Only drink orange juice the first day off your fast, so that your body can slowly prepare for more.

Add vegetable juices. By day two you can add vegetables, but it is still best to do this in liquid form. A green vegetable smoothie is a good idea and you can also continue to drink fruit juices, as long as they're pure and not full of artificial sugars and sweeteners. You can also have broth or a light vegetable soup. Make sure there is nothing but broth and vegetables, so that you can continue to ease your body into regular intake.

Eat fruits and vegetables. By day three you can eat fruits and vegetables in solid form, but be careful not to add dressings or anything unnatural, as it can still take your body a while to adjust to regular eating. Eat more vegetables than fruit because fruit has more sugar, and green vegetables are best. As you continue to get back to eating regular foods, try and remember maintain healthy eating habits, such as plenty of raw fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and proteins.
