How to Do Aura Cleansing

Burn incense or a sage smudge stick to cleanse your area of any stagnant negativity. Visualize the area bathed in white holy light.

Gather and focus your energy. Tranquilize and center yourself through deep breathing and meditation. Close your eyes and allow your muscles to relax.

Run your hands slowly and gently over your body about 2 inches from the surface of the skin. Take note of any temperature changes or pressure changes on body parts you feel with your hand.

Picture yourself pulling the negativity away from these irregular spots on your body. Extend one arm away from your body with your palm facing up. Imagine the negativity flowing from the pulling hand, through your whole body and out through your extended hand. Visualize the negative energy neutralized and dispersed throughout the cosmos.

Repeat Step 3. Pay attention to any remaining irregularities and repeat Step 4 if needed. Once you no longer have temperature or pressure fluctuations, your aura has been cleansed.
