How to Quickly Flush the Body

Purchase a cleansing supplement package. These generally contain fiber, vitamins and herbs and minerals in pill or powdered drink form. Cleansing supplements help flush toxins quickly. See the Resources section for supplements.

Drink 2 quarts of water a day (a minimum of 10 eight-ounce glasses), for as many days as you have to detox. Drink nothing but water for an entire day, if you are on an extremely limited time frame.

Add fresh fruit and vegetable juices in addition to your water drinking for three to five days for a natural detox flushing method.

Add raw fruits and vegetables to your diet after the fourth or fifth day to continue on a seven to 10 day detox.
