When beginning the colon cleanse there are a few things you should be aware of, such as more trips to the restroom. And, of course, more trips to the restroom means you should be increasing your intake of fluids. Eat fish three days a week and only meats that are lean, such as turkey and skinless chicken. Drink plenty of fluids and exercise on a regular basis to gain the best effects of the colon cleanse.
