Ingredients in Super Cleanse

The Super Cleanse or Master Cleanse is a special kind of juice/liquid fast that cleanses the body from toxins and helps weight reduction. It was developed more than 30 years ago by Stanley Burroughs and published in his book “The Master Cleanser.”

Super Cleanse is also a line of natural herbal products available on the market to help colon cleanse.
  1. Super Cleanse Juice Fast Ingredients

    • The Super Cleanse ingredients are water, maple syrup (or Neera Medai Bai Syrup), lemon juice and cayenne pepper.

The combination of these ingredients supplies all necessary nutrients for the proper functioning of the body during the cleanse (5, 10 or 15 days). It expedites cellular regeneration and restores biochemical and mineral balance.

The syrup provides the necessary carbs to have good energy and clarity of mind. Lemon helps the cleansing process by alkalizing the body, and cayenne pepper helps speed up metabolism, promote circulation and provides vitamin C. Water hydrates and flushes out the toxins. Use filtered water for best results.
