How to Cleanse Your Body with Water Lemon Syrup

The water, lemon, and syrup cleanse is a diet known as "The Master Cleanse." Developed by Stanley Burroughs in 1941, The Master Cleanse has just recently gained widespread attention even though it has been around for over sixty years. The idea behind this diet is that the participant only drinks the mixture for a period of time to help rid the body of unwanted toxins. At the end of the diet, the body is supposed to be stabilized and have returned to its natural state.
