How to Make Master Cleanse Gallon Recipe

The ingredients for the Master Cleanse recipe are usually mixed by the glassful. However, you can also make 1 gallon of the drink to keep stored in the refrigerator. It will take a little time to prepare the lemons for the cleanse since you need to slice and squeeze 30 of them for the recipe.

  • 2-gallon pitcher
  • 1 gallon filtered water
  • 30 lemons
  • Sharp knife
  • 2 quarts organic grade B maple syrup
  • Wooden spoon
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper

      Pour 1/2 gallon of filtered water into a 2-gallon pitcher.

      Roll a lemon on the counter for a minute to soften it up.

      Slice the lemon in half with a sharp knife.

      Squeeze all of the juice that you can from both halves of the lemon into the pitcher.

      Repeat Steps 2, 3 and 4 for the other 29 lemons.

      Pour 2 quarts of organic grade B maple syrup into the pitcher.

      Blend the maple syrup into the water with a wooden spoon until it's totally dissolved.

      Stir in 1 tsp. of cayenne pepper.

      Pour the rest of the filtered water into the pitcher.
