How to makeThe Master Cleanse lemonade
Things You'll Need
- Fresh Lemons (preferably organic)
- Cayenne pepper
- Grade B pure maple syrup (grade A will work if you cannot find grade B)
- Filtered water
- Sienna Herbal tea
- Non-iodized sea salt

2 tablespoons lemonade from fresh squeezed lemons (invest in 5 dollar juicer if possible to make it easier and faster!)

2 tablespoons maple syrup (grade B organic if possible)

1/10 teaspoon cayenne pepper (the more pepper the better for cleansing purposes if you can tolerate it add more.)

10 ounces filtered water

Add all ingredients together and drink lemonade hot or cold day and night while consuming nothing else other than herbal tea. Drink a minimum of 6 servings per day and try to stay on Master Cleanse lemonade detox diet for 10 days or more. After a couple days on Master Cleanse lemonade detox diet you will have a ton of energy along with losing a lot of weight fast!
