How to Make Foot Lotion
Things You'll Need
- 2 cups distilled water

1
Add the distilled water, borax and carrier oil to one of the bowls. Carrier oils include coconut oil, soy oil and grapeseed oil, among others. Rosehip oil, a high-quality but expensive option, provides your skin with vitamin A, C and other nourishing benefits.
-
2
Microwave the bowl on high for three minutes.
-
3
Add the beeswax pastilles to the other glass bowl. Microwave it on high for three minutes or until the wax melts into a clear liquid.
-
4
Mix the water and oil solution with the electric mixer.
-
5
Drizzle the melted beeswax into the bowl of oil and water while mixing it. Beat the mixture on high for about five minutes as it thickens into a white and creamy mixture. The consistency should be like pancake batter.
-
6
Pour the warm creamy mixture into a lotion bottle. Allow it to cool to room temperature, uncovered. The lotion will thicken to a luxurious and thick foot cream. This dense foot lotion helps soften your soles and keep your feet moisturized.
