Start the NutriSystem Vegetarian Program at any time by contacting the customer service department or by ordering meals online.

Choose the meals you want to eat for the month. The vegetarian meal program contains over 60 meals to choose from. Meals include breakfast, lunch, dinner, a snack and dessert. By portioning your meals, you will be able to learn how to eat properly throughout the day.

Follow the meal planner that is included each month so you can benefit fully from the program. If you don't want to follow the planner, you can create your own menu using the food provided as well as adding other foods from the grocery store.
