      Sign up for the program by clicking on the Women's Diabetic Program button on the left of the NutriSystem web page. The program will last 28 days at which point you can either stop or continue the program.

      Order your food through the Women's Diabetic Program and they will send it to your home, eliminating the temptation to over buy or purchase the wrong foods at the grocery store.

      Choose either a comprehensive 28 day pre-planned program of meals or you can choose exactly which food items you would like to try. When your food arrives, you will also recieve a meal planner which will outline your daily meals.

      Begin your program by choosing a NutriSystem entree and adding in some fresh fruit or veggies. Meals can be prepared in only a few minutes.

      Eat your dietitian approved foods six times a day. This will give you more energy throughout the day and help to eliminate cravings.

      Use this diet plan with regular exercise for at least 28 days to keep your diabetes under control.
