Elimination Diet Menu
The Elimination Diet, also known an as the Allergy Avoidance Diet, is used to diagnosis food allergies or food sensitivities. During the elimination diet, dairy products, eggs, foods containing wheat or gluten, citrus fruits, corn and corn additives, peas, bacon, sausage, deli meats, hot dogs, peanuts, chocolate, sugar, beans, caffeine, food coloring, yeast, condiments, spices, soy products and all processed foods are prohibited.-
Breakfast

Bananas, melons, baked sweet potatoes, fruit smoothies made without dairy products, unsweetened rice yogurts, rice milks, hot rice cereals, almonds, pecans and pears are excellent breakfast options on an elimination diet.
Lunch

Enjoy homemade vegetable or lentil soups with a side salad or rice pasta with vegetables for lunch. Snack on permitted fruits, carrots and celery throughout the day.
Dinner

For dinner, eat chicken over rice with broccoli, rice pasta with vegetables, a salad with grilled chicken, baked fish with asparagus, mixed steamed vegetables or lamb steaks with a side salad.
