What Are the Benefits of Fucoidan?

    • Fucoidan is a complex carbohydrate (or sulfated polysaccharide) that comes from brown seaweed. It is the primary active phytochemical in the limu Mmui sea plant, which hails from the coast of the Pacific island Tonga.
