Foods That Create Acid in the Stomach

Certain foods are more acidic than others. If you suffer from acidosis, foods that create acid in the stomach should be avoided. Too much acid in the system can lead to acidosis, marked by fatigue and headaches. Here is a list of the top acid producing foods:

    Meat
