Breakfast Ideas

Make creamy, warm banana pudding to eat alone or combine this treat with oatmeal. To make banana pudding, simply mash up two or more bananas and mix well. Add 2 or more Tbsp. of water to the banana mixture and warm the bananas in a skillet for five or more minutes, while you continually mix until you have a pudding consistency. Add brown sugar, cinnamon, raspberries and blueberries to the top of the pudding once it's cooled. If you like breakfast burritos, try wrapping a tortilla around a peeled banana sprinkled with sugar, honey and cinnamon. Bake this in the oven for five to ten minutes or until golden brown.

Bake banana cakes, muffins, breads and other baked snacks. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Choose ripe bananas to create the sweetest taste. Fried Banana Ideas
-
Make fried banana chips or whole fried banana fritters to enjoy as an afternoon snack. To make fritters, mix 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 2 Tbsp. sugar, a pinch of salt, 1 large egg, 1/4 tsp. of vanilla extract and 3/4 cup of water in a bowl. Cut two or more bananas in half and coat with olive oil. Roll each banana piece in the fritter mixture. Sprinkle additional brown sugar, regular sugar or ground cinnamon on top, if you like. Fry the fritters in a skillet in 1 1/2 inches olive oil until they are warm and crispy, but still gooey in the center. You can also cut the banana into slices and use the same ingredients to make fried flavored banana chips. Plain banana chips are made by just frying the slices in oil only.
