How to Get Rid of a Salty Body
Almost everyone can benefit from cleansing excess salt from their bodies. The US Department of Agriculture claims that the average adult is consuming double their recommended daily salt intake on a regular basis. Having excess salt in the body can wreak havoc on your internal systems. It raises your blood pressure, puts you at a higher risk for cardiovascular disease, can cause strokes, contributes to premature kidney failure and is often attributed to excessive weight gain. If you are aware that you have too much salt in your body, it is highly recommended that you try to balance things out as soon as you can.Instructions

Lower your daily salt intake to no more than 500 mg. Avoid eating fast food, frozen dinners, canned foods and pre-packaged snacks. Instead, try to eat whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables, lots of fiber, and home-cooked meals. When cooking, replace salt with fresh herbs and spices.
