Eat large quantities of junk food. Skip the apples and other healthy foods in favor of doughnuts, candy bars and chips. These fatty foods have tons of calories that will help you get fat.

Load on the condiments. Spread thick layers of mayonnaise on your sandwiches, scoop gobs of cheese on your nachos and weigh down your bread with butter. Condiments are high in calories and will make you gain weight.

Drink sugary soft drinks instead of water. Water has no calories, so drink beverages with calories to get fat. Other beverage options include sports drinks, fruit punch, sweetened iced tea and alcohol.

Eat mostly processed foods. Processed foods may have less nutritional value than fruits and vegetables because they're full of sugar and refined carbohydrates. Since processed food doesn't give your body the nutrients it needs, you still feel hungry after eating. Eating processed foods will allow you to ingest more calories, which helps you gain weight and maintain it.
