• E.Excel researches each individual plant for the best process application. Spray-drying and freeze-drying are the main processes used to preserve nutritional benefits. Freeze-drying applies cold gas to the plant, whereas spray-drying uses hot gas.

• Each plant has a different reaction to cold or heat. Some plants lose nutrients when heated, whereas others retain more nutrients after heating.
