How to Cleanse Your System and Get Rid of Waste
Things You'll Need
- Lemon juice
- Grade B maple syrup
- Cayenne pepper
- Salt water
- Herbal tea

Drink a quart of salt water in the morning on the first day of the detox.

Mix 10 ounces of spring water with 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Add 2 tbsp. of grade B maple syrup and half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper. Stir well and drink immediately.

Drink between six and twelve glasses of this lemonade a day, depending on the results you wish to see: For weight loss drink six glasses and for colon cleansing, drink twelve.

Drink some herbal tea in the evening before bed.

Gradually introduce solid foods back into your diet after the tenth day. Start by consuming orange juice and fruits and vegetables. By the fourth day after the end of the detox, you can begin eating normal foods again.
