How to Replace Flour for Rolled Oats
Unlike conventional white flour, oats are high in dietary fiber and nutrients. They contain antioxidants, boost the immune system and can lower cholesterol. Oats also are a good alternative to people who are sensitive to gluten, or who are simply trying to cut back on the amount of wheat in their diets.
