Figs are the most alkaline-producing fruit. One oz.of figs has an alkalinity of 30. They can be eaten raw, cooked or dried. They can also be juiced. Because figs act as a laxative, it is advised not to eat too many at a time.
Apricots

Dried apricots make a great alkaline snack to-go. Apricots are also very alkaline-producing. One oz. has a potential alkalinity of 9.5. Apricots can also be eaten raw or dried.
