How to Build Muscle Kits

Creating a muscle kit requires you to understand what your body needs to build muscle. Amino acids are the building blocks constituting the foundation of muscle growth. However, vitamins and minerals and the fats required to deliver those nutrients to your muscles are equally important. Some people tend to believe that building muscle requires exotic supplements and testosterone boosters. In fact, you can successfully build the muscle -- and the body -- you want by keeping your diet and your muscle kit simple.

Soy protein drinks are a great source of amino acids.

Include a solid amino acid supplement in your muscle kit. Provide your body 1 gram of protein for every pound of weight per day. If you weigh 175 pounds, consume 175 grams of protein per day. Make certain the supplement in your kit provides all the essential amino acids and that it is low in sugar. Whey and soy protein drinks both provide all the essential amino acids. Make your highest priority finding a drink that is low in sugar.

Many vitamins flush through your body quickly and must be replenished regularly.

Use a portion of your kit's space for vitamins. There is a long list of important vitamins, but for muscle-building, the most essential are vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin D, vitamin B, vitamin B12, vitamin B6 and vitamin B5. These vitamins provide a good supplemental foundation for your kit. You may choose to add more later.

Minerals are as important as vitamins in the muscle-building process.

Fill the remainder of the kit with minerals. The most critical minerals in the muscle-building process are calcium, magnesium, zinc, boron, manganese and copper. In the future, you may want to add other minerals. But to begin with, these minerals provide a solid foundation.
