College students need brain foods because they spend a lot of time awake and studying. It is important to fight fatigue, stay healthy and keep energy going into the body when in college. Fatigue and illness can cause bad grades, low energy and a loss of stamina. Brain foods are foods that help the functions of the brain, as well as the rest of the body.
