How to Eat Whatever You Want & Not Gain Weight

The dream of every erstwhile American is the ability to stuff their face with delicious and greasy food without the threat of gaining unwanted pounds. The body only gains weight when the number of calories consumed exceeds the number of calories burned in total, so ensuring a high level of activity while keeping track of your food intake allows you to keep your bulging waistline under control.

Instructions

    • 1

Use your notebook to catalog the foods you consume during the day and the number of calories they contain. Remember to include everything, including calories from condiments and beverages as well. It all adds up.

    • 2

Utilize the "Calories Burned Calculator" listed in the References section at the bottom of this webpage to track the amount of activity you will have to perform for the amount of food you have consumed.

    • 3

Enter in your current weight and the amount of exercise you plan on doing. Continue increasing the duration of exercise until the calories burned figure matches or exceeds the calories you consume.

    • 4

Perform the recommended amount of exercise to work off the calories you've eaten. This makes it impossible for you to gain weight.
