How to Count the Calories in Fruits & Vegetables

One popular misconception among dieters is that you can eat as many fruits and vegetables as you want and lose weight. That is entirely false. Also fruits and vegetables are much better for you than junk food, they do contain calories. And too many calories can prevent you from losing weight. For example, if you choose to eat an apple instead of a single serving bag of potato chips, that's great. But according to TheDailyPlate.com, if you eat three apples, then you just ate 375 calories...probably more calories than what was in the bag of chips.
