How to Test the Amount of Sugar in a Canned Drink

According to the American Heart Association, we should be consuming only 5 to 9 teaspoons of sugar a day. Yet the average American consumes an average of 22 teaspoons of sugar every day, and most of that is in the form of canned drinks. All canned drinks display the sugar content, but it's empowering to find out the sugar content by yourself. It's easy to do in about 10 minutes.
