Measure designated body parts separately by wrapping the tape measure around them and recording the measurement.

Perform the measurement technique around the neck, across the shoulders, around the biceps, across the chest, around the waist, around the hips, around the thigh and around the calf.

Measure each body part across the widest part of the girth of the muscle.
