How to Raise Your Rate of Metabolism
Things You'll Need
- Diced avocado
- Juiced lime
- Peeled, diced mango
- Chopped red onion
- Chopped habanero pepper
- 1 tbsp. cilantro
- Sea salt
- Knife
- Bowl
- Spoon

Avocado Mango Salsa

Peel and remove any seeds from the habanero pepper, avocado, mango and onion.

Using the knife, dice the habanero pepper, avocado, mango and onion and set aside.

With the same knife, chop the cilantro and set aside.

Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice from the lime into the bowl.

Combine habanero pepper, avocado, mango, onion and cilantro in bowl with the lime juice. Add salt and black pepper to taste.

With the spoon, stir the ingredients briefly to incorporate them together.

Standing up, place feet at shoulder-width apart from each other.

Tighten the abdominal and leg muscles, and hold this throughout the entire exercise.

Bending at the knees, slowly lower yourself down in a sitting motion. Be sure that your knees do not extend over the toes.

Bring yourself back up to a standing position.

Repeat this motion for a total of 12 repetitions, three times. Leave about a minute of rest in between each set of repetitions.
