How to Detox with Fruit

A fruit-based detox is a type of dietary program someone might undertake to enhance their health and foster a feeling of general well-being. It also can promote weight loss due to the drastically reduced caloric intake. Although advocates report a myriad of health benefits as a result of doing a detox, nutritional experts at the Mayo Clinic say that there is little evidence that any tangible health benefit is actually accomplished, claiming that the normal function of the liver does an efficient job.
