How to Detox with Fruit
Things You'll Need
- Fresh fruit, preferably organic
- Water
- Juicer (optional)

Eat lightly and start to eliminate toxins and stimulants such as alcohol and nicotine for a few days prior to the detoxification program.

Consume only fresh whole or juiced fruits and plenty of pure water (minimally 64 oz) on the first day of the detox.

Consume only fruit and water for the set amount of days you choose to remain on the detox program. Generally, seven to ten days is advised.

Eat lightly for the first few meals after your detox to acclimate your digestive system back to solid foods.
