Sugar

Vitaminwater says they are an alternative to “sugary soft drinks,” but the beverage includes up to 32.5g of crystalline fructose, which is sugar made from cornstarch. Vitamins
-
Many people drink Vitaminwater because they think it’s healthy for them. Wootan states, in an article published by Scienceline, that “adding vitamins and minerals to junk food doesn’t make it healthy.”
Plain Water
-
According to Katherine Zeratsky, R.D., L.D. a nutritionist at the Mayo Clinic, individuals who regularly eat balanced meals and/or take multivitamins have no need to drink Vitaminwater.
