How to Juice an Eggplant
Juicing an eggplant is as easy as juicing any other vegetable. People drink it for health benefits, such as fulfilling their daily requirement for copper and niacin and to help reduce cholesterol and relieve rheumatoid arthritis. The taste of a raw eggplant may not be pleasant since it can be rather bitter. It's recommended when you juice fruits and vegetables to buy organic and get the freshest produce possible to derive the maximum benefits from juicing.Things You'll Need
