This body type will typically have broad shoulders and a narrow waist, a big ribcage, and muscular arms and legs. If this is your type of body, you probably crave a lot of salty foods. Your exercise routine should include cardio and strength training. For a metabolic diet, you should stick to eating lean meats (tuna, turkey, chicken) as well as a lot of vegetables and fruit.
Gynaeoid Body Type

This body type tends to be "curvy." Gynaeoid body types will have a thin waist accompanied by wider hips. This body type will gain most of their weight in the thigh area. If this is you, you should eat small, but frequent, meals (six or seven meals) throughout each day to help you lose weight. These meals should include a serving of carbs, protein and fruit.
Thyroid Body Type

This body type is generally slender with long arms and legs and a small bone structure. If you have this body type, you might often crave stimulants such as caffeine or nicotine. To improve your health, you should eat a lot of protein while cutting back on the carbs.
Lymphatic Body Type

This body type tends to not gain weight in one specific area. Instead, this body type tends to gain weight everywhere because of slow metabolism. If this is you, you crave a lot of milk products as well as a lot of salt. For your diet, you need to cut back on the amount of sugar and salt that you eat. Start a workout routine that includes at least 20 minutes of cardio. Eat small meals six or seven times per day to keep your metabolism going.
