How to Eat Frozen Entrees While Taking Alli Diet Pills
Alli is a weight loss aid that is among the first over-the-counter diet pills to actually be approved by the Food and Drug Administration. Alli contains a weight loss drug called Orlistat or Xenical that until recently was only available by prescription. Alli works best when taken in conjunction with other weight loss methods such as exercise and healthy eating. Alli helps to block the amount of fat absorbed by the body from foods eaten, such as a frozen entrée. Healthy frozen entrees which contain less fat than most others can help you toward a lifestyle of healthy eating.Things You'll Need

1
Choose a frozen entrée that contains as little fat as possible. The higher the fat content, the higher the risk of Alli side effects, such as loose stools. Check the label to locate the fat content of the entrée. If it's higher than 10 grams, find something else.
-
2
Cook the frozen entrée in either the oven or the microwave according to the directions on the package. Remove the entrée and let it cool for around five minutes.
-
3
Fill a glass with low fat milk, water, or juice. Take one Alli capsule with the milk, water, or juice and eat the contents of the entrée. Alli may be taken with up to three meals per day.
