How to Make a Peanut Butter Banana Protein Shake
Things You'll Need
- Blender
- Ice
- Peanut butter
- Protein powder
- 1 to 2 bananas
- Milk

Place 1/2 cup ice in the body of a blender.

Add one serving of your chosen protein powder to the blender cup along with 3/4 cup of milk.

Attach the lid to the blender and blend the ingredients until smooth.

Chop one to two bananas into chunks and add this to the blender while it is running.

Scoop in 2 tbsp. of peanut butter (chunky or smooth is fine and depends on your preference) and continue blending until all of the ingredients are completely combined.

Taste the mixture and adjust the levels of banana, peanut butter and ice as desired. If the mixture becomes too thick you can thin it with additional milk.
