How to Raise Body PH on a High Protein Diet
PH level ranges from zero to 14, referring to the acidity or alkalinity of a substance. As alkaline items are rated from seven to 14 on the pH scale, increasing the pH of your body means consuming additional alkaline foods. While on a high-protein diet, you will have your work cut out for you, as most protein sources are acidic according to the Potential Renal Acid Load scale used to measure the pH of common foods. However, with diligence and attention to detail, you can effectively increase the pH level.Instructions

1
Consume at least one serving of fruit with every meal that you consume. Fruit is one of the food types that are alkaline in nature, which cancels out the acidic effect of the high protein content and helps raise your body's pH level towards alkalinity.

2
Consume at least one serving of vegetables with every meal. Along with fruits, vegetables are the other alkaline food group. Thus, consumption of copious amounts of vegetables will offer your best chances of increasing your net pH level.

3
Avoid consumption of acidic foods that do not contain a high level of protein. As your goal is to increase your body's pH level while maintaining a high-protein diet, you cannot afford to consume foods that increase acidity without providing some benefit in the form of additional protein. This means avoiding all grains and flour items, as these items have a negligible protein content while being relatively acidic.

4
Attempt to balance your diet so that you are eating roughly twice as many alkaline foods (fruits and vegetables) as you are acidic foods (meats, dairy, and grains). This ratio will afford you the best opportunity of increasing your pH level while following a high protein diet.
