    • Many types of healthy options are available to replace the fatty foods in your diet. For example, manufacturers make low-fat dairy products that can be used in place of ice cream or butter. You can also replace snacks such as nachos with fruit or whole grain nuts. Choosing lean types of meat can also cut down on the daily intake of fat.
