Mix whey with a fork to help smooth out the lumps. Blend the milk or fruit juice and whey together, stirring briskly with a fork for 30 seconds. The fork's prongs will fold the whey evenly with the milk or fruit juice, eliminating lumps. To guarantee a lump-free drink, use a blender and mix the milk and powder for 10 seconds.
