Pour the recommended dose of 2 oz. of noni juice into water or fruit juice of your choice. Grape juice is a good pairing with noni juice. Noni and grape juice remind some people of red wine. The best time to drink this juice mixture is 30 minutes before breakfast. It is important to take the juice on an empty stomach so that the digestive process of other foods does not interfere with the complete absorption of the noni juice. You also may take 2 ouz. of the noni juice alone, without mixing it with juice, if you choose. The taste is more potent. This is a matter of personal preference.

Take the noni juice for six consecutive days. Take the seventh day off, and start the process over again the next day. A bottle of manufactured noni typically contains 12 oz. of juice. The bottle size and cost vary according to the manufacturer.
