Stir two overfilled tablespoons of the Herbalife supplement into an eight-ounce glass of nonfat milk. Soymilk can be used as a substitute.

Pour the mixture into a blender and add the fruit of your choice, such as apples, oranges, bananas or strawberries. Try to add three half cups of different fruits.

Blend the fruit into your shake until the mixture is smooth and even.

Drink the shake mixture as a replacement for two of your daily meals. Herbalife suggests drinking a shake for breakfast and lunch and having a healthy, balanced dinner.
