Mix two scoops of Muscle Milk with 10 to 12 oz. of water or low-fat milk in a sealable shake cup. Since Muscle Milk alone is 348 calories, choose the water mixture if you are watching your calories. Conversely, mix it with milk if you are trying to gain weight or mass.
