Activated Charcoal Toxin Removal
Activated charcoal is a highly absorbent, gritty, black material used in general detoxification by binding toxins and ridding them from your body. It is created via carbonizing organic matter such as bone char, coconut shells, peat, coal and sawdust in a kiln under anaerobic conditions. The organic matter is then activated by oxidizing gases like steam or air at high temperatures, which rodes the charcoal's internal surfaces and increases its adsorption capacity. Activated charcoal works by adsorption, which is an electrical action that attracts toxins to the surface of the fine charcoal particles.Things You'll Need

Take six to eight tablets or four capsules twice a day on an empty stomach so the food does not interfere with its action.
-
3
Use 1 tbsp. of the powder if you buy the charcoal concentrates. Place the powder in enough water and stir to create a soupy mixture. Drink the activated charcoal mixture on an empty stomach to receive its full benefits.
